Orthopedic Surgeon
Dr. Anish G. R. Potty, MD
Born and raised in India and trained in London, Dr. Potty is an Orthopedic Surgeon who has completed multiple coveted fellowships under the guidance of world experts in pioneer orthopedic institutes such as Hospital for Special Surgery (Weill Cornell Medical School, NY), Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (University of Pennsylvania, PA), and Morsani School of Medicine (University of South Florida, FL).
In 2001, Dr. Potty received his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the Armed Forces Medical College in Pune, India. He underwent his orthopedic residency training at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, UK. He specializes in arthroscopic and minimally invasive surgeries focusing on shoulders, knees, and hips (over 500 cases/year). Dr. Potty is an expert in total joint replacements of knees and hips (over 200 cases/year). He is well-renowned in the orthopedic community for his outstanding research in regenerative orthopedics with over 550 citations of his publications in peer-reviewed journals. He is also a personal injury expert witness with an interest in orthopedic extremity injury surgeries.
Dr. Potty participates in sports such as squash, cricket, and golf. He also enjoys practicing yoga to stay fit and traveling to learn about other cultures and civilizations. He has keen research and treatment interest in anti-aging and musculoskeletal rejuvenation and is an active member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M).

Dr. Yogesh V. Kolwadkar
Dr. Yogesh V. Kolwadkar is the Director of Orthopedic Care, South Texas for TIME Orthopedics. He is a renowned orthopedic surgeon with over 15 years of experience, specializing in joint reconstruction and sports medicine. Renowned for his expertise in advanced procedures such as computer-assisted total knee arthroplasty, robotic uni-compartmental knee arthroplasty, patient specific CT guided personalized shoulder replacement, minimally invasive anterior hip replacement, sports injuries, multi-ligament knee reconstruction, and hand surgery. Dr. Kolwadkar is dedicated to restoring mobility, decreasing pain, and enhancing patients’ quality of life.
Trained across three continents, Dr. Kolwadkar holds an MCh in Trauma & Orthopaedics from the University of Dundee, UK, an MS in Orthopaedics from A.P. Singh University, India, and an MRCSEd from The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, Scotland. His ACGME-accredited fellowships in adult reconstruction (University of Chicago) and sports medicine (Penn State University) have equipped him with cutting-edge skills in complex joint revisions, arthroscopic surgeries, and sports-related trauma care.
Dr. Kolwadkar is passionate about personalized patient care, combining innovative surgical techniques with comprehensive rehabilitation to achieve optimal outcomes. An active contributor to orthopedic research, he has published in prestigious journals, co-authored clinical practice guidelines for the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and serves on editorial boards for leading orthopedic publications. His commitment to education is evident in his mentorship of residents and medical students, as well as his community service, including volunteer work for children with deformities in rural India.
Beyond the operating room, Dr. Kolwadkar is passionate about mentoring aspiring healthcare professionals and fostering community wellness. His practice is built on trust, precision, and a deep commitment to helping patients achieve optimal outcomes.
He spends his free time enjoying multitudes of activities including cooking, photography, reading, playing tennis and most importantly spending time with his family.
Physician Assistant
Jesse Cedillo, PA-C, MS
Jesse is a native of Laredo, Texas. He graduated in 2007 from the University of Texas at San Antonio where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Criminal Justice with a concentration in Forensic Science along with a minor in Chemistry.
Jesse worked as a Cytotechnologist for 3 years in San Antonio, TX and then as a Medicolegal Death Investigator for the Webb County Medical Examiner’s office for 3 years. In 2014, he earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut. Jesse graduated Magna Cum Laude, and was a member of the Bruce Fichandler student society.
Since obtaining his PA-C in 2014, Jesse has dedicated himself to working as an Emergency, Orthopedic, and Urgent care Physician Assistant in Laredo.
During his spare time, he enjoys traveling with family, running, playing basketball, and spending time with his family and pets. He is very active in the community volunteering as a mentor for local youth students and acting as a clinical preceptor for the UTHSCSA and UTRGV PA programs. He plans to pursue his Doctorate of Medical Science.
Family Nurse Practitioner
Laura Garcia, FNP-C
Laura, a proud native of Laredo, Texas, embarked on her journey by earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of San Antonio. With a heart dedicated to helping others, she spent six years as a drug and rehab counselor, obtaining her license in chemical dependency to guide youth through their struggles with addiction. Her passion for education led her to serve as an educational advisor at a local college, where she empowered students to pursue their dreams.
In 2008, a new chapter began when her husband’s job transfer brought them to McAllen, where she spent nine transformative years. It was during this time that she courageously chased her long-held dream of becoming a registered nurse. In 2014, she achieved this goal and became a licensed RN. Inspired by her favorite quote, “She believed she could, so she did,” she joined Doctor’s Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg as a pre- and post-surgery nurse.
Returning to Laredo in 2016, Laura continued her journey at Doctor’s Hospital for Endoscopy and Minor Surgeries Unit. In 2019, she began working as a school nurse, where she conducted state health exams and provided support wherever needed for five years. Driven by a desire for more, she made the bold decision to further her education. In 2025, she proudly obtained her Master of Science in Nursing, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
In her spare time, Laura cherishes the moments spent with her family, finding joy in cooking, crafting healthy vegan recipes, and exploring new places.
